These are the apps I use:
on page 1 recommend "Evernote", it allows you to synchronize your notes on your iPhone, computer, and the web. I also like "Done" as a task list. Both are free.
Other cool apps:
vlingo - search using your voice. You can update your facebook status using your voice and it will pit it in text.
Glympse - this shows your current GPS location to any # or email you choose. You can also update your twitter so people can follow you live with the GPS.
All apps on page 3 are good if you like to use the camera!
Kayak - good app to check plane ticket prices
Slacker - this is a great app for music. It's like pandora except the stations are by genre instead of just artist/song.
Shazam - this app allows you to identify what song you are listening to. It works well for when you are listening to a song and want to know who it is.
Layar - this app brings augmented reality to your iPhone. Pretty cool technology!
Runkeeper - this is great if you like to run or ride a bike or anything outdoors and you want to track it via GPS.
